Summer Activities for all ages at Library During Week of July 11th

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — “Selling, Staging & Buying Your Home” will be the next presentation in the “Law at The Library” series sponsored by the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation and the New Rochelle Bar Association. The free program to help homeowners buy and sell their property will take place on Saturday, May 20th, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm in the library’s Ossie Davis Theater. The panel of professionals will speak and answer questions on topics such as: how to avoid common pitfalls; when to consult  an attorney;  preparing a house for sale; what is staging; choosing a realtor; and what to expect when closing the deal. 

Panelists will include real estate attorney Michele Tombini;  realtor Gary Leogrande, a Director of Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service, and member of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors; and Karen Prince, President of Rivertowns Staging, member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association), which recognized her as the “Top 10 Rising Star Home Stager 2017.”
