GETTING RESULTS: Owners of Alvin and Friends Building Enter into Six Figure 2 Year Agreement to Pay Back Taxes to City of New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — West Friends Management Group, LLC, the company the owns 12 Memorial Highway, home of Alvin & Friends restaurant, has entered into an Arrears Agreement with the City of New Rochelle Tax Department on May 1, 2017, according to records obtained by Talk of the Sound under a Freedom of Information request. Payments for back taxes and tax liens may be spread over a 2 year period under the agreement. 

The agreement requires the payment of the 2017 and 2016 and 2017 tax bills by May 20, 2017 as well as a lien fee. The 2017 City tax bill is $6,167.23. The 2016 and 2017 School tax bill is $13,238.99 but the required payment is $17,973.36. The lien fee is $200.00.

West Friends Management Group, LLC made three payments on May 18, 2017: CK 1093 $17,973.37, CK 1094 $6,167.23, CK 1095 $200.00.

The remaining balance of back taxes is $90,586.24 as of May 22, 2017.
