09/25 “Law at the Library” Series to Focus on Matrimonial Law 07:30 PM

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — “Navigating the Stormy Waters of Separation and Divorce” is the subject of the next program in the “Law at the Library” series presented by the New Rochelle Bar Association and the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation. The panel discussion, with a Question & Answer session will take place on Monday, September 25, 2017, from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm, in the Meeting Room/Theater of the New Rochelle Public Library. Professionals will answer questions on topics such as how to prepare for the process; handling custody, child support, spousal support and the division of assets; and what to expect from the Judicial system. 

Barbara Lerman, Esq., Family Law Practitioner in Westchester County, will moderate the panel of experts: Charna Fuchs, Esq., partner in the Westchester matrimonial firm of Fuchs & Eichen, and Lisa Boslow Dorman, Esq., Principal Law Clerk to the Hon. John P. Colangelo, Supreme Court, Westchester County.
