NEW ROCHELLE, NY — On Oct. 28, all are invited to join in the fun at the annual Merchant Urchin Costume Parade, lining up at 9:45 a.m. on New Street in New Roc City, in front of the Regal Cinema. The parade will begin at 10 a.m., file through downtown, then proceed to the Library Green, for treats, pumpkin painting, face painting, a Halloween photobooth, crafts, balloons and more! This family-friendly event is presented by the BID, the New Rochelle Parks Department, the New Rochelle Public Library and the Grand Market.
The Merchant Urchin Parade is part of a weekend of Spooktacular events presented by community partners including:
