PELHAM, NY — Pelham Art Center offers a Fun-Filled Art Camp and Class during Spring Break, April 2-6, 2018.
If you’re looking for a place for your little ones to mix creativity with fun then send them to the Pelham Art Center! Here we explore all possible avenues through which they can channel their budding talent. Choose from our Art Camp which is for ages 3-7 and Create with Clay! for ages 8-14.
Our Art Camp brings creativity to life for children. Alternating art and movement, campers will explore games, music and dance that is both interactive and educational. They will experiment to their heart’s content in a real studio setting with painting, sculpture and mixed media taught by experts in the art field. As each day begins with a new adventure, your kids are sure to have a fantastic time! Art Camp will run mornings (9AM-2PM), Monday – Friday, April 2nd – 6th, 2018.
In the afternoons, older students will unleash their artistic expression through Create with Clay! Gain basic knowledge of the ceramic process including glazing and firing. This is an introduction to hand building, the extruder, slab roller and experiments with the wheel. Come have fun with us during Spring Break from Monday to Friday, 2:30PM – 5:30PM!
