New Rochelle Police Arrest Two in Pharmacy Robbery Attempt

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle police arrested two individuals for the July 13th attempted daytime armed robbery of the Pharmacy located at 761 Main Street.

On July 22, 2018, Detectives of the New Rochelle Police Department’s General Investigations Unit arrested Mahopac residents, Brian Dias, 31, and Tina Spearmon, 22.  Both were charged with Robbery 1st Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, and are being held pending arraignment.

New Rochelle detectives, with the assistance of members of the Carmel Police Department, arrested Dias and Spearmon in a vehicle in Carmel NY.  The vehicle is suspected to have been used during the commission of the crime and has been impounded pending a search warrant.
