POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — New York State Police in Troop K removed 16 impaired drivers from the roadway over the weekend of July 27-29.
Among them was a man from New Rochelle.
On July 29, 2018, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Christopher E. Frustaglio, age 33, of New Rochelle, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the city of Yonkers, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
