NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A man suffered bullet wounds to both legs in an early morning shooting on Crescent Avenue in New Rochelle on Wednesday. The incident occurred at about 1:30 a.m.
Detectives and forensic specialists spent hours working the scene.
The victim was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx and is listed in stable condition, according to police.
