As it became apparent that New Rochelle Board of Education President Jeffrey Hastie and Interim Superintendent Dr. Magda Parvey had no interest to do so I went ahead and wrote my own letter to the US-SDNY (Department of Justice) asking them to delve into the T&M Report.
