EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Former New Rochelle High School Social Studies Teacher Makes Unexpected Appearance in Court

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — John Fraioli appeared in New Rochelle City Court today after his released last night from Westchester County Jail after posting $50,000 bond. Return date is December 11, 2019.

John Fraioli, 34, of White Plains, New York, and up until last June a Social Studies teacher at New Rochelle High School was arrested Monday by New Rochelle Police Detectives after he was accused of of engaging in sex acts with a 15-year old student at New Rochelle High School.

Fraioli was charged with Criminal Sex Act, 3rd, a Class E Felony.

Fraioli was in court today with his lawyer to turn in a receipt from New Rochelle Police Department that he turned in firearms he owns pursuant to a condition of his release.
