WHITE PLAINS, NY — Judge David S. Zuckerman set an appearance date for Alika Crew of February 3, 2021 during a virtual conference in the Westchester County Court.
Crew was excused from this morning’s conference by Judge Zuckerman.
Crew’s defense team was led by Anthony Ricco joined by William Martin
Superior Court Trial Division Assistant District Attorney Craig Ascher is prosecuting the case.
Talk of the Sound joined a motion filed by the Daily Mail to photograph the proceedings which was granted by Judge Zuckerman. Neither side opposed the motion.
In a pre-conference meeting, the defense said they would call an expert witness on DNA testing and make discovery motions. Judge Zuckerman announced a motion calendar scheduled to end on January 26, 2021.
