NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A 49-year-old New Rochelle man sustained a laceration to his right upper arm, laceration to his right scapula, shoulder area, and a laceration to his right arm pit/upper arm — a cut deep into his muscle or artery — after he was set upon on the evening of October 30t by two men while walking on Main Street near the Harrison Street intersection. The suspects are described as thin Male/Black’s in their 20s wearing masks.
According to police, the victim had been present near 381 Main Street, a smoke shop, with several friends when 2 unknown suspects approached the victim and one of the suspects began to stab the victim. The victim’s friend pushed the suspect off the victim, and the victim and suspect were separated. The suspects entered a dark vehicle and fled eastbound on Main Street towards Echo Avenue.
The victim walked westbound on Main Street towards Harrison Street, where the victim encountered a friend who then drove the victim to the Hospital.
The New Rochelle Police Department received a call from New Rochelle Montefiore Hospital Emergency Room at about 7:15 p.m stating that an adult/male was just brought in with multiple stab wounds.
