Access to City of New Rochelle Offices Now Require an Appointment

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The City of New Rochelle now requires the public to make appointments before they will be granted access to administrative offices. Parks and the Marina are open, sanitation, recycling and fall leaves will be picked up as scheduled and police, fire and emergency services remain 24/7.

Starting on Monday, November 23rd, members of the public must contact individual departments directly during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Many City services can be accessed online or through alternative means:

  • Job and exam applications can be submitted electronically at www.newrochelleny.com/jobs
  • All requests for Police Records (Incident Reports, Accident Reports, Records Search, Letters of Good Conduct, etc.) should be made by calling the Records Unit at (914) 654-2235.
  • The Building Bureau will have a drop box available at the rear entrance to City Hall.
