PELHAM MANOR — The Village of Pelham Manor continued its review of gasoline-powered leaf blowers and their effects on the environment at the Board of Trustees Meeting on December 14th.
The Board of Trustees is reviewing draft legislation that would, over time, phase out the use of gasoline-powered leaf blowers.
