WHITE PLAINS, NY — Jessica A. Ryan, 31, of New Rochelle, NY, was arrested by New York State Police and charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.
On April 16, 2021, at approximately 11:10 p.m., State Police located a vehicle stopped in the lane on Westchester Ave. in the city of White Plains. Troopers checked on the welfare of the driver, and after further investigation, it was determined that the driver was intoxicated.
Ryan was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Tarrytown where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.25%.
She was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of White Plains Court on April 30, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.
