New Video Shows White New Rochelle “Vigilante” Cop Hit Black Man with His Vehicle Then Drove Off

Written By: Robert Cox

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Newly enhanced video obtained by Talk of the Sound shows New Rochelle Police Detective Michael Vaccaro, who is white, driving his personal vehicle, a white Acura, into Malik Fogg, a black man at a gas station on Main Street.

Fogg, who Westchester County DA Mimi Rocah says was moments later assaulted by Vaccaro, falls, but regains his balance preventing himself from slamming into the pavement.

Vaccaro heedlessly barrels ahead, slamming into a stationary vehicle stopped at a traffic light before driving off.

Surveillance footage from a SuperGas station located at 720 Main Street at the intersection of Woodland Avenue shows the entire incident

At approximately 12:37 PM on February 15, 2021, a white Acura sedan arrived at SuperGas and parked at a gas pump. At approximately 12:41 PM, a white Jeep Grand Cherokee followed closely by a black Jeep Grand Cherokee entered the SuperGas parking lot from Woodland Avenue. Both vehicles parked side-by-side within the parking lot along Main Street. Malik Fogg then exited the driver’s side of the black Jeep, walked toward the white Jeep, and hit the white Jeep’s windshield with the open palm of his right hand. The white Jeep driven by Stacia Fogg then departed from the SuperGas parking lot and Malik Fogg walked back to the black Jeep.

Prior to entering the driver’s side of the black Jeep, Malik Fogg directed his attention to the white Acura. As Malik Fogg walked quickly toward the white Acura, Vaccaro quickly departed from the gas pump onto Main Street striking Malik Fogg and striking another vehicle stopped at the traffic light on Main Street.

Vaccaro drove his white Acura onto Woodland Avenue from Main Street stopping on Woodland Avenue.

Vaccaro admits he hit Malik Fogg and a vehicle on tape:

“When I peeled out I might have hit him…another car. “

“I just got into an accident”.

Rep. Jamaal Bowman condemned the actions of Vaccaro and described Vaccaro as a vigilante, acting in anger and rage.

  1. Bob only responds to the low iq people he can dazzle with compound words. I’d destroy this guy in any debate.

  2. Haven’t you made the argument that Vaccaro is incompetent? Why take him at his word now? Conformation bias? What if Vaccaro admitted the black guy threatened his family, would you believe Vaccaro then? You can’t argue Vaccaro is an unreliable cop in one sentence then take him at his word the next just to make your argument. Haha try harder, that cognitive decline seems to have hit you a little earlier than 70.

  3. Vaccaro needs to be suspended because of stupidity then because that guy charged his car like a running back. No way was that Vaccaros fault. Black guys fault all the way. Obvious. Vaccaro can’t se that he shouldn’t be on the force

  4. Another far reach article by none other than the man himself… You guessed it, Bob Cox. The video is clear cut that the individual was clearly aggressively moving towards the vehicle while it was already in motion. Would you walk in front of a train while it was moving with the thought process of “ahhh, it’ll stop for me” Are you really that bored that you have to continue to put out click bait news articles? Or is there just nothing else going on in your life that this is what it’s come to? And before you reply with the cookie cutter response of “The detective admitted he hit him with the car” Let’s be sure that we clearly inform the public that he didn’t intentionally hit the individual with the vehicle, the individual RAN into the vehicle. Get your act together

      1. To put the three comments in context, more than 50,000 people have now seen this article (and climbing).

3 readers (or maybe 1 reader under 3 aliases) felt the need to do the same thing: attribute to me words I do not write without addressing what I actually wrote.

The article is about there being video of Vaccaro hitting a pedestrian then a vehicle.

These are facts raised by Vaccaro in his IA interview. 99.9% of readers understand this. A pathetic handful of bitterenders desperate to defend police brutality are grabbing hold of whatever justification they Imagine they found to “shoot the messenger”.

Sorry, it ain’t going to work.

        More to come.

  5. White car DID NOT purposely run into Malik Fogg. Malik ran into moving vehicle. Stop writing false information Bob!

    1. I did not say PURPOSELY.

Again, you realize Vacarro has stated, more than once, he hit Fogg with his car.

  6. Did we watch two different videos? I saw a man run into a car that was already moving. Where did he fall? And then regain his balance?
