  1. Who cares about his past. He committed a crime when he was disorderly and attacking his own mother in broad daylight. God bless Detective Vaccaro, he’s a hero. Once again you never cease to amaze me with your race baiting articles. You just HAD to make sure you said it was a WHITE COP, hitting a BLACK MAN. You write these articles as if this guy was a church going, god fearing man. Normal, hardworking, upstanding citizens don’t display the behavior this guy did.

    1. He is alleged to have committed a crime. He has yet to be convicted of anything, its his first offense (in Westchester anyway) and his mom reported him as an EDP before Vaccaro called NRPD.

In any case, his case will be adjudicated on its own.

Vaccaro’s behavior is not justified because Malik Fogg got into an altercation with someone else.

What you are describing is vigilante justice which explains why you are so enamored with Vaccaro’s behavior.

As far as the race of the two parties, I can just guess why it is so important to you that it not be mentioned.
