PELHAM MANOR, NY — At Monday’s Pelham Manor Board of Trustees meeting, the Village announced the promotions of Sergeant Andrew Leal to Detective Sergeant and Detective Paul Roberts to Patrol Sergeant in the Pelham Manor Police Department (PMPD).
Proficient in both Portuguese and Spanish, Det. Sgt. Leal is an experienced supervisor who has played an integral part in the PMPD’s technological advancements. Sgt. Roberts is known for his dedication and competency, having distinguished himself on patrol and in the Detective Division.
The Village also welcomed experienced Police Officer Timothy Zalesny, who holds a multitude of training certificates, including a New York State EMT certification.
