NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Yung Ling Xu, 41, from Queens and Sun Mi Hong, 69, from Brooklyn were charged with Penal Law 230.00, Prostitution, a B misdemeanor, and Education Law section 6512, Practicing (massage) without a license, an E Felony.
On the evening of September 8th, 2021, New Rochelle Police concluded an investigation into prostitution occurring at the Green Rivage Spa, located at 514 Main St. New Rochelle Police Detectives arrested the two women.
