NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A Bronx man, on Parole for Attempted Murder, was arrested in New Rochelle early Thursday morning.
Tyshon Spencer, 18 years of age, of the Bronx, NY, currently on Parole for Attempted Murder was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree, a C Felony and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree, a D Felony.
On Thursday, January 27, 2022, at about 1:47 am, New Rochelle Detectives were notified that an occupied stolen car was in the vicinity of Main Street and Kings Highway. Detectives responded and observed the vehicle at the gas station located at 819 Main Street. As Detectives converged on the car, all 5 occupants of the vehicle fled on foot and a foot pursuit ensued. 4 out of the 5 suspects were apprehended. A loaded 7.65 mm Crvena Zastava handgun was found in the vehicle.
3 Male/Juveniles, all from the Bronx, NY were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree, a C Felony and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree, a D Felony
Their names withheld due to New York Juvenile Arrest Laws.
Detectives are pursuing leads to identify the 5th remaining suspect and anyone who may have information on that party is asked to call the New Rochelle Police Department at 914-654-2300.
Is this a gun culture or another type of culture? Cowards like Rep. Bowman refuse to call out this cultural of insanity, where a young black kid thinks nothing of killing another young black kid because he stared 3 seconds too long. He’s out there pretending he’s in segregated Alabama fighting for voting rights while the people he pretends to care about are systemically killing each other. A cop shoots a low life in Chicago and Bowman will give a speech on a culture of police violence. Now he’s just sad about guns (from outside New York of course). Thank the Good Lord I am no longer in a district represented by such a hack. Start condemning the thug culture and you might be onto something. Ignore it and pretend you’re baffled by gun violence and you’re just like every white leftist over the years gaining power off dead black children. So far Bowman isn’t looking too good.
