NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle Police seized a handgun following a traffic stop early Thursday morning.
Tijer Moreno, 20. of New Rochelle, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree, a C Felony.
On Thursday February 10, 2022 at about 2:20 am, New Rochelle Police conducted a traffic stop for a New York Vehicle and Traffic Law violation in the area of Van Guilder Avenue. During the stop, the driver was found to be in possession of Ruger .380 caliber handgun for which he did not have permit and was subsequently arrested.
