NEW ROCHELLE, NY (April 10, 2022) — Six months after Talk of the Sound began raising questions about Christopher’s Voice, a tax-exempt organization with an apparent interest in a for-profit business in Larchmont, Christopher’s Voice by Chef Joe, the restaurant has closed.
Giordano’shttps://www.giordanos914.com/about re-opened at the same location on Thursday without Greco or any association with his tax-exempt organization under the leadership of Chef Joe Giordano.
Christopher’s Voice is a tax-exempt organization created by former New Rochelle Police Benevolent Association President Christopher Greco who resigned as PBA President soon after this reporter filed an ethics complaint against former Commissioner of Human Resources Christine Dodge
The complaint stated that a policymaking official, Christine Dodge, Commissioner of Human Resources, filed a deficient financial disclosure statement. Dodge signed the New Rochelle PBA contract in 2019 and was otherwise involved in its adoption by the New Rochelle City Council on September 17, 2019, during a time in which she was romantically involved with the sole counter-party, PBA President Detective Christopher Greco.

During the course of our investigation, certain emails came to our attention that raise a question as to the accuracy of Ms. Dodge’s denial of having anything but a purely professional relationship with Mr. Greco.
Unfortunately, despite circumstances that raise issues concerning Ms. Dodge’s veracity when she testified under oath and as to her professional conduct as Commissioner of Human Resources, we are unable to complete our task and reach any conclusion without Commissioner Dodge’s cooperation.
