Three Candidates Will Vie for 2 Seats on New Rochelle Board of Education

NEW ROCHELLE, NY (April 28, 2022) — The Clerk and Secretary to the Board of Education has released the names of three people who qualified to be on the ballot for the New Rochelle Board of Education.

There are two seats up for grabs and three candidates.

  • Adam Cooper
  • Stephen Mayo
  • David Peters.

Cooper is currently serving out the unexpired term of Paul Warhit who quit the board in early 2021.

Amy Moselhi has chosen to not run for another term.

The School Board Election, $297 mm Budget Referendum and $27 million Bond Referendum will take place on Tuesday May 17.

  1. I met Stephen Mayo in staples the other day he seemed like a straight shooter. People should get out and vote and let their voices be heard
