PELHAM, NY (September 21, 2022) — The Village of Pelham Board of Trustees ratified a Memorandum of Agreement with the Village of Pelham Police Benevolent Association regarding employment terms and conditions for bargaining unit members.
The board voted to approve the agreement at their meeting on Tuesday, September 13,
“This agreement not only gives the Village and police department personnel critically important stability through May 31, 2024, it includes salary increases that are compliant with the tax cap and saves taxpayers approximately $75,000 in costly legal fees by avoiding arbitration,” said the board in a published statement.
