In a post on his Facebook page, New Rochelle realtor Anthony Marciano announced he was selected out of 5 commercial brokers to represent Post 8 in the sale.
He described the property as 8 000+ square foot building located on 0.66 acres was built in 1950.
Under current zoning laws, the property could be developed with a building up to 6 stories.
