NEW ROCHELLE, NY (May 16, 2023) — The New Rochelle City Council held a regular legislative meeting on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 6:15 PM.
- The meeting was called to order by Mayor Noam Bramson.
- Council members present included Martha Lopez, Albert A. Tarantino Jr, Yadira Ramos Herbert, Ivar Hyden, Sara R. Kaye and Elizabeth M. Fried.
- The minutes from the Regular Legislative Meeting on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 and the Committee of the Whole Session on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 were unanimously approved.
- The minutes from the Regular Legislative Meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 and the Committee of the Whole Session on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 were submitted for approval.
- The consent agenda included resolutions authorizing the City Manager to approve the MS4 Municipal Compliance Certification and Annual Report form for the period ending March 9, 2023 [^2023-83^], execute agreements relative to hydrodynamic storm separator manholes to be located within the public right-of-way [^2023-84^], accept the lowest dollar bid from Bib Services Corp. for sidewalk improvements at various locations [^2023-85^], accept the lowest dollar bid from Laura Li Industries, LLC for citywide paving improvements [^2023-86^], and enter into a contract with Access Equestrian, Inc. for a Summer Equestrian Vocational Program for Special Needs Youth [^2023-87^].
