New Rochelle Man Arrested State Policy for $250,000 Grand Larceny

New York, NY (May 18, 2023) — Kelvin Garcia Liriano, 27, of New Rochelle, New York, was arrested on April 17, 2023, by the New York State Police for three counts of grand larceny.

Liriano is accused of stealing three semi-trailers of consumable goods from the Tandem Lot located on the New York State Thruway, Interstate 87 Northbound, in the city of Yonkers. The value of the stolen goods is estimated to be over $250,000.

The investigation was conducted by members of the New York State Police Troop K Bureau of Criminal Investigation Cortlandt and Hawthorne, and investigators from the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, with assistance from detectives from the Yonkers Police and New Rochelle Police Departments.

Liriano was arraigned in Yonkers City Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Westchester County Court on May 23, 2023.
