Rye Police: Rye Bakery Looted of $100,000 by Former Cherry Lawn Manager

RYE, NY (August 11, 2023) — A former manager of Cherry Lawn Farms in New Rochelle, was arrested after allegedly stealing over $100,000 dollars from the Snackery in Rye where he also worked as manager.

The arrest was the culmination of an 11 month investigation involving Rye Detectives

and the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office.

Arrest & Charge

Paul Dipietro, 36, of Eastchester, NY

  • Grand Larceny – 2, a class C felony.

Dipietro turned himself in on July 18, 2023 to Rye Police where he was processed and released on his own recognizance. Dipietro was due back in Rye City Court on August 1, 2023.
