NEW ROCHELLE, NY (March 3, 2026) — Simone Development Companies announced that Cloudbound™, an innovative indoor playspace for children ages 0–6, has opened at 80 Nardozzi Place in New Rochelle, marking its first leased location in the New York Metro area and part of the brand’s broader rollout.

Simone Development said Cloudbound signed a lease in 2025 for about 19,197 square feet at the property in a deal that positions the center as a “prime experiential and service-oriented destination” for families.

Cloudbound has officially launched an approximately 18,000-square-foot playspace that combines elements of a children’s museum and a playground, featuring interactive zones designed to support early childhood play and development, the companies said.

“We are very excited that Cloudbound chose 80 Nardozzi Place for its first location in the New York Metro area,” said Joanna Simone, president of leasing and property management operations for Simone Development Companies. “The addition of this family-focused recreational space further strengthens the property as a prime experiential and service-oriented destination for the local community.”

Caitlin Shufelt, vice president of Cloudbound, said the playspace is designed to meet the needs of local families by supporting both children and caregivers. “With nearly a third of households raising children, it’s clear there’s a growing need for spaces that support both kids and their caregivers,” she said. “Cloudbound was designed to fill that gap — not just as a place to play, but as a hub for connection, development, and everyday support.”

Cloudbound joins tenants such as PXG Westchester, My Salon Suite, LA Fitness and Dello Russo Laser Vision at the 80–110 Nardozzi Place complex. Only one suite, an 8,890-square-foot divisible space, remains available at the property, the developer said.
