NEW ROCHELLE, NY (March 6, 2026) — The Coleman School of Dance will present “Arts Night,” an evening of dance featuring original choreography by faculty and students, on Sunday, March 15 at 7 p.m. at The Ursuline School.

The event will take place at The Ursuline School, located at 1354 North Ave., New Rochelle. Tickets are priced at $15 for adults and $10 for children, while children age 5 and under are admitted free. Tickets are available through an online form.

Organizers said the concert will highlight the work of emerging choreographers and showcase the creativity of dancers from The Coleman School of Dance. The program will include contemporary works and performances that emphasize storytelling through movement.

Several student choreographers connected to the school have recently received recognition for their accomplishments.

Lilia Hafid recently earned first place in both of her ice skating programs and became the Novice Advanced Champion in Morocco.

Nina Kietlinski became the first Coleman School of Dance student accepted into Alvin Ailey’s Junior Division Summer Intensive, a selective program associated with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.

Kate Carillo has been accepted into The Joffrey Ballet School’s pre-professional year-long program, and Maddie Arora has been selected for one of Joffrey’s summer programs.

Faculty members said the concert is designed to give young artists an opportunity to experiment and share their work.

“The performance uplifts new artistic voices as well as celebrates the continued creations of our teachers,” faculty member Susanna Procario-Foley said.

Organizers said the event is intended to showcase choreography, collaboration and youthful artistry while bringing together families and members of the community.

The performance will take place at 7 p.m. on March 15 at The Ursuline School in New Rochelle.
