NEW ROCHELLE, NY (April 18, 2026) — An Earth Week Festival celebrating sustainability, wellness and environmental action is scheduled to take place at The Plaza at Clinton Park in downtown New Rochelle, organizers announced.
RXR and the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District will host the free outdoor community event from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the plaza located between One and Two Clinton Park, 50 Division Street.
The event will feature eco-friendly food vendors, wellness experiences and interactive activities highlighting local efforts to promote a greener, healthier community. Attendees can expect plant-based food options, fresh juices and community-focused activations.
Programming will include sustainability initiatives such as a “Clean & Green” campaign and a sustainable shopping map highlighting vintage and consignment stores. Organizers said attendees will also have opportunities to engage with local environmental efforts.
Guests may participate in a clean water pledge in partnership with the Long Island Sound Partnership and receive complimentary giveaways while supplies last.
The event is free and open to the public. Advance registration is encouraged for entry into a raffle for a Downtown New Rochelle restaurant gift card.
Participating vendors and community partners include TLPC Grow Eat! Vegetable Truck, Jolo’s Vegan Kitchen, Plant Candy, TULU, Zen Shü Spa and Zach’s Cornbread.
