NEW ROCHELLE, NY (April 22, 2026) — The City of New Rochelle has announced the opening of applications for vacancies on the Municipal Arts Commission (MAC). New Rochelle residents are invited to apply to join this pivotal community board responsible for guiding public art and design review in the city.
