NEW ROCHELLE, NY (April 28, 2026) — The New Rochelle Department of Parks and Recreation will hold the 13th Annual Kite Day at Davenport Park on Saturday, May 2, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., according to an announcement.
“Join Parks & Rec @ Davenport Park on May 2nd to enjoy the park and fly a kite!” the department said.
Organizers said there will be a “limited supply of kites available,” and attendees are encouraged to bring their own. The event also includes an opportunity to “build your own kite.”
A rain date is scheduled for May 3, 2026.
