NEW ROCHELLE, NY (May 28, 2026) — The City of New Rochelle is bringing back the Downtown Summer Sizzle concert series, starting June 6 at Ruby Dee Park. Now in its fourth year, the series offers free performances from world-class musicians to residents and visitors.
“The Downtown Summer Sizzle concert series is one of the truest examples of New Rochelle’s spirit on display,” said Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert. The events feature live music, local food, and themed events, creating an annual tradition that energizes the community.
Exciting Lineup
The series kicks off June 6 at 6:30 p.m. with Best of the Eagles and runs weekly until August 29. Acts include Nine Days, Jovin Webb, Steve Brown’s Always Jovi, and Tito Puente Jr.
Specialty programming includes Jazz Extravaganza, Reggae Bash, and Gospel Night. For America’s 250th anniversary, the series will pause for the July 4th “Spark the Sound” celebration at Hudson Park.
