RYE BROOK, N.Y. (July 1, 2026) — Former New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson began his new role as executive vice president of the Business Council of Westchester on Wednesday, according to a LinkedIn post he shared marking his first day.
Bramson said he received a warm welcome from the BCW team and described the organization’s culture as positive. “I’ve always admired the BCW’s amazing advocacy for the business community,” he said, adding that he sees the business community’s success as tied to “the health and welfare of our community, our region and our state.”
He pointed to the organization’s work on housing production, transportation, health care, education and workforce development as areas that make a meaningful impact in people’s lives, and said he is looking forward to contributing to that work.
The Business Council of Westchester describes itself as an advocacy organization for the business community in Westchester County.
