PELHAM, NY (August 1, 2026) — Pelham Art Center will host a public opening reception Sunday for its 2026 Artist Collective Exhibition, featuring work from 32 members of its Artist Collective, the gallery announced.
The exhibition runs July 30 through Sept. 6 at the Art Center, located at 155 Fifth Ave. The opening reception is scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 2, from noon to 2 p.m.
The Pelham Art Center Artist Collective was established in 2021 to connect and support exhibiting artists across Westchester, New York City and the Hudson Valley, according to the gallery. The Collective gives local artists opportunities to network, exhibit their work and engage with the community through art-based initiatives.
The exhibition features work across a range of disciplines, including printmaking, painting, sculpture, photography and mixed media. According to the gallery, the works explore personal experience, human connection and resilience.
“The Artist Collective Exhibition showcases artists not only from our local Westchester community but also from beyond,” said Nancy Mazzei, interim executive director of Pelham Art Center. “It offers a wide range of artistic practices from Pelham Art Center’s nearly 70 Artist Collective Members, and is truly a feast for the senses. These artists remain actively engaged in the Collective, and I would like to thank them all for putting so much time and effort into participating in this exhibition.”
Featured artists include Robyn Olivia Berland, Ilene Bellovin, Stephen Cox, Kaya Devi Das, Janice DeMarino, Anelise Noemi Feinstein, Michael Girimonti, David Greene, Dorothy Johnson, Elizabeth Klein, Devora Lans (Fire Island Glass), Danielle LeBlanc, Lynne Lederman, Kevin Madden, Mac, Arezoo Moseni, Kristin Moore-Gantz, Lynn Muzsik, Mary Pargas, Patricia Pardini, Anna Pasztor, Joyce Pommer, Emily Rosen, Amy Shaw, Rebecca Schwarz, Inez Sieben, Paige Trocchia, Maya Villamar, Sylvia Vigliani and Valerie Zeman.
Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.
Pelham Art Center is a nonprofit educational and cultural institution founded in 1970 that serves more than 16,000 people each year, according to the gallery. The organization receives funding from ArtsWestchester with support from Westchester County Government, as well as the New York State Council on the Arts, the Westchester County Board of Legislators, the Town of Pelham, Benchmark Education, the Junior League of Pelham, and annual fund donors and sponsors.
