Anthony Webster, 20 at the time of his arrest, of Mount Vernon, pleaded guilty to attempted second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and was sentenced August 12 to two years in state prison, followed by two years of post-release supervision, according to the DA’s office. The plea clarifies a discrepancy in court records reviewed at different points in the case: an April 2026 record showed Webster’s charge as attempted second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, while a record reviewed in August, at the time of sentencing, listed the charge without the “attempted” designation. Amiri Oneal pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon under PL 265.01-b and was sentenced May 22 to one year in Westchester County Jail, the DA’s office said.
Marquis Williamson pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a firearm under PL 265.01-b and was sentenced to time served, having been incarcerated 372 days as of his April 21 sentencing date, according to the DA’s office.
