NEW ROCHELLE, NY (October 8, 2026) — A 26-year-old man from New Rochelle was arrested early Thursday morning on charges of driving while intoxicated on the New Rochelle Thruway.
Wilfrido Artemio Miranda Lopez was taken into custody shortly after midnight. He faces multiple charges, including operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08% or more, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated DWI with a BAC of .18% or more, according to New York State Police records.
