Nightmare on Stephenson Boulevard

Nightmare on Stephenson Boulevard is a ten part series which traces the history of a dispute among neighbors that spiraled out of control and came to consume members of the New Rochelle Police Department, the City Court of New Rochelle and the Westchester County District Attorney’s office and raised serious doubts about the justice system in the City of New Rochelle. The reporting for the Nightmare on Stephenson Boulevard series led to an overlapping series on a publicly-available XXX-rated gambling and pornography website involving some of the same NRPD officers.
