The hearing was originally expected to begin in late morning and a large crowd of supporters of both the victim and the suspects, now defendants, gathered at the Courthouse. The arraignment was postponed until 2:30 PM, dispersing a large number of people out in front of the court house/police station. When many of the same people returned at 2:30 PM they discovered that they had been tricked into leaving the building and that the arraignment had taken place at about 1:00 PM. Tensions were running high as family and friends discovered that they had missed the arraignment.

  1. This is wonderful news
I hope all three animals go away for a looooooonnnngggg time, it is a good day when 1 goes to the morgue, and 3 go to the can…

  2. Im confused.
You wrote in this story “Johnson and Smith aided and abetted Smith,” and “Smith, who lived with Smith at 311 North Avenue”

Who is this other Smith? Or did you just fail to proofread in haste to update your site?

Three wastes of life New Rochelle will no longer have to deal with.

  3. “She doesn’t deserve what they’re doing to her.”
Yes, she does. Krissy Leggieri is a filthy mudshark and belongs in jail. She should have known better not to have anything to do with those dirty baboons. If someone from the victims gang offs her by slicing a butcher knife straight into her skull it will be justice served. I would nominate the nog who did that for the “Honorary Aryan of Year” award.
