The League of Women Voters of New Rochelle’s cable program “City People and Issues” interviews two new public officials on Cablevision’s Channel 76
Bennie F. Giles III, recently appointed New Rochelle City Clerk describes his background and the broad responsibilities of his position. New elected County Legislator Sheila M. Marcotte of Tuckahoe, represents the northern portion of New Rochelle, Eastchester and Tuckahoe; she describes her background and priorities. She won a special election replacing Vito Pinto.
