New Rochelle Board Accepts Resignations from Administrators, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, School Psychologists And Speech Pathologist

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The New Rochelle Board of Education accepted resignations effective June 30, 2013 for the following employees:

Donald Conetta, who has applied for retirement from his position as a Principal, assigned to New Rochelle High School, after twenty-one years.
William Harrell, who has applied for retirement from his position as a Principal, assigned to Davis Elementary School, after fifty years.
Joyce Kent, who has applied for retirement from her position as Science Department Chair, assigned to New Rochelle High School, after thirty-three years.
Patricia Lambert, who has applied for retirement from her position as an Elementary School Principal, assigned to Barnard Elementary School, after eleven years.
Velma Whiteside, who has applied for retirement from her position as a Middle School Principal, assigned to Albert Leonard Middle School, after fifteen years.
Tina Abramowitz, who has applied for retirement from her position as a Teaching Assistant, assigned to New Rochelle High School, after nineteen years.
Evelyn Aponte, who has applied for retirement from her position as a School Psychologist, assigned to New Rochelle High School, after twenty-one years.
Merryl Bushansky, who has applied for retirement from her position as a School Psychologist, assigned to Davis Elementary School, after twenty-one years.
Linda Creary, who has applied for retirement from her position as a Social Studies Teacher, assigned to New Rochelle High School, after forty-three years.
