NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Empire Center has published a database of 352 New School Contracts, including New Rochelle, on their SeeThroughNY.net web site.
Among the school contracts is the contract between Schools Superintendent Dr. Brian Osborne and the City School District of New Rochelle for the period 2014 to 2017.
Under the contract, Osborne is to be paid $265,000 a year plus benefits.
SeeThroughNY.net, the Empire Center’s government transparency website, uploaded recently-ratified contracts for 172 teachers’ unions and 180 school superintendents making it the most complete public collection of collectively-bargained school district contracts in the state.
Since 2008, the has used the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) to obtain contracts for the state’s more than 700 school and BOCES districts. Click here to examine contracts for your school district.
