NEW ROCHELLE, NY — New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson will deliver the 2016 State of the City address on Thursday, March 3 at 7:45 p.m. at Beckwith Pointe, 700 Davenport Avenue, New Rochelle, The speech is free and open to the public. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 7:30 PM.
