NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Eighth graders at Albert Leonard Middle School heard from members of the New Rochelle High School’s Students Against Drunk Driving group Thursday.
The talk was part of Red Ribbon Week, which ran from Oct. 24 to Oct. 31. The theme this year was: YOLO: Be Drug Free.
The following visiting students made various presentations and performed different skits: Emma Berg; Leo Febbraro; Thomas Barry; Katie Schoenherr; Nicole Ziogas; Dara Dibuono; Kristin Gallagher; Kathleen Dillon; Noelle Miceli; Grace Myron; Meghan Conroy; Olivia Falcone; Johnny Hudson; and Jessica Daoud.
Their focus was to help ALMS students learn how to make wise, strong and confident decisions regarding drugs, alcohol and social media.
