NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The Friends of the New Rochelle Public Library will hold their next monthly Big Book Sale on Thursday, July 5th and Friday, July 6th. The sale will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Library’s lobby. In addition to great adult and children’s books, the sale also offers DVDs, CDs and other items—all available at very affordable prices.
The executive board of the Friends of the Library coordinates the book sales, with the assistance of other Friends’ volunteers. Money realized from book sales are used to underwrite the Library’s extensive public programs.
During the summer, the Friends of the Library Book Store, located in the library’s lobby, is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm.
