PELHAM MANOR, NY —The Village of Pelham Manor welcomed Chief Thomas Atkins and Lieutenant Gregory Sancho to their new positions in the Pelham Manor Police Department.
Trustees and the administration highlighted the competency, experience, and professionalism of both officers, noting that Chief Atkins brings a new management style to the PMPD.
