New Rochelle Man Arrested Following Incidents of Squirting Fake Semen onto Multiple Women

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Marco Medina, aged 27 of New Rochelle, was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of Obscenity — Third Degree following a series of incidents where Medina allegedly squirted a while liquid meant to mimic semen onto women walking in New Rochelle.

A total of four victims have been identified, with two females victimized three times each.

In all of the incidents the suspect squirted an unknown white liquid, intended to mimic semen, out of a squirt bottle onto the back of the victim. A lab analysis of the substance collected in one incident revealed no DNA. The remaining incidents remain under investigation by New Rochelle Detectives, and additional charges are anticipated.

According to New Rochelle Police, on August 25th at 12:38 pm, an adult female appeared at Police Headquarters and reported that at about 8:10 am, while walking in the vicinity of 211 North Avenue, she noticed a male following her. As the female boarded the bus, another female stated to her “he threw something on your back.” The female victim observed the suspect walk southbound on North Avenue towards Main Street. The suspect was described as a Male/Hispanic, black beard, wearing a gray hat, black shirt and dark multi-colored pants.

At about 2:30 pm, a New Rochelle Police Officer observed a suspect matching the description in front of 35 May Street.

Subsequent investigation resulted in positive identification of the suspect.

A second female had reported a similar incident involving the same suspect.
