RYE, NY (May 6, 2024) — On Friday, April 12, 2024, Officers from the City of Rye Police Department were patrolling the rear of the Courtyard Marriott parking lot and conducted a traffic stop on a 2010 Honda Accord because the vehicle’s license plate was reported stolen.
Arrest & Charge:
Nigil Brewington, age 24, of Port Chester, NY
- Criminal Possession of Stolen Property – 5, an A misdemeanor
Brewington was processed and released on his own recognizance with desk appearance ticket returnable to Rye City Court on April 23, 2024.
