Incident Details
According to the felony complaint, on October 10, 2025, Medina allegedly raped the victim near New Rochelle High School. District Attorney Susan Cacace commended the victim’s bravery for coming forward. “The assaults the victim was made to endure were amplified tenfold when she was revictimized over and over again during an unsparing, alleged attack,” Cacace said. “All rape survivors have a champion in my office.”
